Criteria for media credential approval:

SBGC reserves the right to decline any credential application. Credentials will be approved for working media only, no family members or guests.

We do not provide media credentials for radio stations unless station is doing a live remote broadcast. Radio stations, unless a verifiable news organization, must purchase tickets.

Broadcast media will not be allowed to shoot in the halls or any other non-designated space and will be required to secure an appointed location along Media Row by SBGC publicist/official.

A separate credential form must be completed for each person from your media outlet planning to attend; maximum of two (2). If additional credentials are needed, please contact SBGC publicist (information below).

SBGC media credentials will be distributed the day of the event on site at the Media Table. All media representatives MUST show a media credential from their respective media outlet before receiving an SBGC media credential.

Please fax credential application and supporting materials to SBGC Media Credentials c/o Chartese Burnett. The deadline for applying for credentials is January 23, 2012. Approvals will be made on a rolling basis, with all confirmations made (via email or phone) no later than January 31, 2012.
